The reservations can be made through our website through a safe online payment system or by telephone Monday to Saturday 10 am to 10 pm on (+34)915228285 or (+34)638853802.
For annulled reservations within a period of over 48 hours, you will be able to dispose of 100% of the amount paid.
When the payment of the reservation has been confirmed you will receive an email confirming all the details of the same.
Our personnel will wait at the apartment at the arranged time, they will explain how to work the appliances in the apartment and will give you a copy of the apartment keys.
Check in.
Will be after 12:00 am.
You must pay a supplement of 40 € for arrivals after midnight (00h).
Stay and check out.
During the entire stay, and for any query or incident, you can contact Benignus, S.L. visitor assistance personnel.
The day and time of the check out, the Benignus S.L. personnel will go to the apartment and after checking the state of the same will return the deposit.
The check out will be at 11am at the latest.
Under no circumstances can the tenants have parties or participate in any type of activity which bothers the neighbours.
For reservations for more than 2 people, a supplement of 10€ a night will be charged per additional person.
The cleaning cost (Extra) is 30€. The price includes boarding as well as the cost of the water, gas and electricity supply. The cost does not include optional services.
